Effective May 11, 2020 our office is not longer able to offer telemedicine to our patients coming to refill their opioids medications. An on-site encounter is required per mandatory regulations for controlled substances.
In preparation to this, our office is employing the following safety precautions and protocols to ensure you feel confident and safe in our office. Nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of you and our staff members:
Cleaning Procedures
We increase the frequency of our cleaning protocols to ensure yours and our safety. On a daily basis, our staff will be cleaning and disinfecting door handles, chairs and other hard surfaces.
Waiting Area Limitation
Every precaution is being taken to keep you safe. We are now limiting the number of people in our waiting area to two at the time. Please make sure to call us to announce your arrival and check you in. We will let you know if you're allowed to come inside our office.
Social Distancing
We are enforcing social distancing, including separate seating and floor markings to keep everyone six feet apart while in our care.
Face Mask Required
As an additional precaution, face masks are required for every person in our facility AT ALL TIMES.
Online Forms Available
You will be required to fill out your appointment form(s) online. Link will be sent via text message prior to your appointment.
Temperature Testing
You will be required to sanitize your hands at your arrival and get a quick temperature check at the door, this is to ensure your visit won't put you or other patients at risk of infection.
Companion Policy
No companion is allowed to stay on exam rooms and/or waiting areas.
Copay, Co-insurance and Balance Payment
All credit card payments will be taken over the phone at the moment of your virtual check-in. Please be ready with your information. We will provide a copy of your receipt before checking out.
Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty as we work together to fight this virus and flatten the curve.
